I haven't updated or posting pictures up for over a month because I was either busy or lazy, but i was mostly lazy.

I had 4 meets since the last time i updated blog.

March 7- Skyline High School ( Oakland)
This meet did suck for me, because i didn't run too good, and all the other kids were beast. We had to race against all grade levels, varying from freshman to seniors. RESULT: 6:18 mile time:::: 2:45 800m time.

March 14- Vallejo Relays (Vallejo)

I did no mile on this meet, and i only did one event because of lacking individual events. I ran in a 4x800m relay team. It sucked, because i did not know my time, and i had to run in a varsity team.

March 21- Adams Banks Challenge ( Sala & Burton High School)

This one was a major improvement for me. This was where we race all our fellow SF high schools. And the competition was easier, and i actually recieved two medals =)
13:20 two miles:: 2:41 800m :: 6:19 mile. Unfortunately, both the medals i recieved were bronze.

March 26- First Triple A Meet (Kezar Stadium)

In this race, I was pretty satisfied about my times. I improved by alot and I wasn't in full condition. I had a runny/stuffy nose, and a...semi-sore throat.
5:55 mile:: 2:39 800m

After all these races and practicing afterschool, our coach gave us a two days off from running, i can finally relax.

AND NO SCHOOL ON MONDAY!
